If access is unavailable at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as missed and to apply applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees as agreed in your service confirmation.
We work in residential home office spaces only. We do not provide services in commercial office buildings, shared coworking spaces, or environments that require special access permissions or clearances beyond standard residential entry.
C. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Payment terms are specified in the service confirmation we provide prior to scheduling the assessment visit. We may require a deposit before scheduling. All amounts are in US dollars. We reserve the right to decline service if payment obligations from a prior engagement have not been fulfilled.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be handled according to the terms specified in your service confirmation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee as specified in that confirmation. We appreciate advance notice if your schedule changes.
D. Limitation of Liability
Pokazo Wajiso provides organizing services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the reorganization of your workspace, including but not limited to lost productivity, misplaced items, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement in question.
We take care when handling your belongings during an implementation session. If an item is damaged as a direct result of our actions during a session, please notify us within five business days of the session. We will work with you in good faith to address any damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or for damage that occurs after our session concludes.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
